露天转地下平稳过渡大量采矿技术研究

摘    要:保障生产能力的平稳过渡是矿山露天转地下过程中的关键问题。阶段强制崩落采矿法与无底柱分段崩落法均为适宜于开采低品位大型矿体的高效率采矿方法。根据杏山铁矿挂帮矿、地下矿开采技术条件,提出了大参数无底柱分段崩落法、基于大直径深孔采矿的阶段空场连续崩落法的露天转地下联合开采方案。经过开采技术经济比较,阶段空场连续崩落法采用大矿块参数阶段开采方式,在强化开采、提高生产规模、降低开采成本等方面都具有优越性。

Abstract:To guarantee the production is a key problem in the process of transition from open mining to underground mining. The forced block caving mining and sublevel caving without sill pillar are high efficient mining methods which are suitable for mass mining of low grade ore bodies. According to the Xingshan iron mine conditions of the hanging wall ore and underground ore, large parameters sublevel caving without sill pillar, forced block caving with large diameter long hole are proposed. By economic and technic comparing, forced block caving method with large block parameters has the superiors in increasing production and reducing cost.
