| 摘 要： | 分析了高磷铁矿石脱磷的重要性,总结了当前脱磷工艺的研究现状及方法。本文应用我国"宁乡式"鲕状赤铁矿石进行了分散-选择性聚团脱泥-反浮选脱磷工艺试验研究,成功地使铁精矿中的含磷量达到0 25%以下,闭路试验铁的回收率达到90 57%,取得了较为理想的试验结果。该工艺简单易行,便于在工业生产中推广应用。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the importance of dephosphorization process in treatment of high phosphorus iron ore is discussed based on a review of the present situation in the concerned fieldsA dispersion-selective agglomeration desliming-reverse flotation process is used for treating the Ningxiang oolitic hematite in laboratory testingThe results show that the phosphorus content of iron concentrate can be controlled in the range of less than 025% and the Fe recovery for locked cyclic test is up to 9057%The process is simple in flowsheet,easy in operation and favorable for use in commercial production |
