摘    要:为提高火电厂烟气脱硫控制水平,提高环保性能,减轻工人劳动强度,提高劳动生产率,烟气脱硫控制系统的设计已成为自动化专业设计领域中一项重要内容。本文以铜陵发电有限公司2×600MW机组烟气脱硫工程为例,根据石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫的工艺要求,采用NETWORK-6000+系统,设计了一套烟气脱硫控制系统。重点介绍了其FGD-DCS系统的配置、技术特点、主要功能及监控范围。

Abstract:The design of control system for the flue gas desulphurization(FGD) in the thermal power plant has been an important content of automation,in order to improve control level and environmental protection,reduce labor intensity and improve labor productivity.Taking the control project with 2×600MW units FGD in Tongling Power Generation Co.Ltd.as an example,a control system adopting NETWORK-6000+ system is designed according to the technical requirements of FGD. The configuration,major functions,monitor ranges and technical features of the FGD-DCS are introduced emphatically.
