TiC 颗粒增强喷射沉积Al-Fe-V-Si合金的组织及力学性能

摘    要:通过使用X射线衍射 (XRD)、光镜 (OM )、电子扫描电镜 (SEM )、透射电镜 (TEM ) ,对在Al 8 5Fe 1 4V 1 7Si合金中原位反应生成TiC的喷射沉积态及挤压态的显微组织进行了分析和研究 ,并对合金的力学性能进行了测试。结果表明 ,原位反应生成的TiC颗粒抑制了针状相的形成 ,改善了合金的显微组织 ,生成的TiC颗粒均匀地分布在合金基体中。喷射沉积Al Fe V Si+3TiC挤压态的室温和高温强度明显高于喷射沉积Al Fe V Si合金的强度 ,在 2 98K的抗拉强度和屈服强度分别提高了2 5MPa和 2 0MPa ,在 5 88K时则分别提高了 44MPa和 75MPa ,而且塑性也有明显的提高。

Abstract:The effects of TiC particle formed by in-situ reaction on the microstructures of spray formed Al-8.5Fe-1.4V-1.7Si alloys were studied by means of XRD, OM, SEM, TEM. The mechanical properties of the alloys after hot extrusion were also tested. The results showed that the needle-shaped AlFeSi is suppressed by the TiC and the TiC particle distributed homogeneously in the alloy matrix. The σ b and σ 0.2 of the Al-8.5Fe-1.4V-1.7Si+3TiC as-extruded alloy were 25MPa and 20MPa higher than that of the Al-8.5Fe-1.4V-1.7Si alloy at 298K, and 44MPa and 75MPa higher than that of the Al-8.5Fe-1.4V-1.7Si alloy at 588K respectively, and the elongation of the Al-8.5Fe-1.4V-1.7Si+3TiC alloy is also increased.
