超细电气石粉体的制备和负离子释放性能研究

摘    要:电气石是一种以含硼为特征、化学组成复杂的环状结构的硅酸盐矿物。超细电气石是一种具有健康和环保功能的粉体材料。本文使用介质搅拌磨对电气石粉进行了超细粉碎实验室试验研究和中试,并对试验样品进行了粒度检测、扫描电镜(SEM)分析以及负离子释放性能检测。结果表明,制取的超细电气石粉体的粒度及其分布为d50≤0 8μm、d97≤2 0μm,颗粒形状规则,静态平均负离子释放率达到4225ions/cm3,为原料的2~3倍。

Abstract:Tourmaline is a silicate mineral which is characterized by boron-bearing and has a complex crystal structure.The superfine tourmaline powder is a powdered material having the functions of health-salubrity and environmental protection.The experiments on superfine grinding of tourmaline powder by wet ball-stirring mill were carried out in laboratory and pilot-plant.The particle size distribution,negative ion disengagement ratio and shape of the tourmaline powder ground were tested using samples.The results show that the particle size and its distribution of superfine tourmaline powder ground are d_(50)≤0.8μm and d_(97)≤2.0μm respectively,the shape is conformable and static negative ion disengagement ratio is up to 4225ions/cm~3 which is 2~3times higher than that of raw material.
