大厂100号矿体特富矿选矿优化流程的初步实践

摘    要:根据大厂100号矿体特富矿石的特性,分别制定了“磁—浮—重”和“磁—重—浮—重”两个原则流程,并将“磁—浮—重”流程应用于生产,采用无氰浮选工艺进行铅锌分离。生产实践表明,该工艺流程简单、投资少、建设周期短,基本解决了锡石与硫化矿分选粒度差别较大的矛盾,获得较好的选矿指标。1995年1~6月累计,锡、铅、锌的回收率分别达到83.60%、79.47%和82.07%,并获得较好经济效益。扩大试验结果表明,采用射流离心选矿机处理锡石细泥,无污染、成本低、效益好,生产上拟采用。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of Dachang No.100 rich,ore two principle flowsheets of magnetic separation flotation gravity separation,and magnetic separation gravity separation flotation gravity separation are selected.The flowsheet of magnetic separation flotation gravity separation has been used in industrial production.The cyanide free flotation is used for separation of lead from zinc,Commercial practice proved that the advantages of this flowsheet are simplified,less investment and short construction period.The problem of great difference in size range of cassiterite and sulphide minerals has been basically solved. Better metallurgical performances and considerable economical benefit have been obtained .The recoveries of tin,lead and zinc are respectively up to 83.60%,79.47%and 82.07%.The expanded test proved that the advantages of this technological flowsheet for separation of cassiterite slime with injection flowing centrifugation machine are non pollution,lower cost and feasible in economy.
