某铁铜铅锌矿回收铁的选矿试验研究

摘    要:某铁铜铅锌原矿含铁25.70%,其中磁铁矿和磁黄铁矿中铁分别占总铁的58.33%和5.17%。在铜、铅和锌矿物顺序优先浮选后,采用磁选方法从尾矿中选铁,所得铁粗精矿因含硫2%~3%而不达销售标准。通过浮选脱硫-磁精选工艺,得到了含Fe 64.61%、S 0.32%的合格铁精矿。

Abstract:A iron-copper-lead-zinc ore contains 25.70% iron,there are 58.33% and 5.17% of iron contributed in magnetite and pyrrhotite separately.Magnetic separation is adopt to recover iron from the tailings of copper-lead-zinc flotation,but the iron rough concentrate is unqualified for it contains 2%~3% S.Desulphurization-magnetic separation technology is followed to obtain a qualified iron concentrate with 64.61% Fe and 0.32% S.
