云南某高磷铁矿石工艺矿物学研究

摘    要:云南某铁矿石中铁品位为34.75%,磷、硫、硅含量分别为0.85%、0.26%、29.23%。对该矿石主要组分铁及有害元素磷、硅的赋存状态、矿物工艺特性等进行了详细研究。结果表明:矿石中褐铁矿嵌布粒度复杂,嵌布细度在20μm以下;有害元素磷主要以胶磷矿的形式存在,部分以类质同像的形式存在褐铁矿中,属于高磷难选铁矿石。

Abstract:The grade of some Yunnan iron ore is 34.75%,its P-content is 0.85%,S-content is 0.26% and Si-content is 29.23%.The occurrence and process mineralogy of primary constituent(Fe) and harmful elements(P and Si) contained in this iron ores are studied in detail.The results indicate that the iron ore is a high phosphorous refractory ore with the limonite occurring below the size of 20μm and its complex mineral dissemination particle size and high phosphorous content,The phosphorous mainly occurs as collophanite,while minority is in the form of isomorphism in limonite.
