生物氧化过程中酸度对生物活性的影响

摘    要:为明确酸度对生物氧化的影响及影响阈值。进行了细菌培养酸性条件、生物氧化酸度条件、BIOX生物氧化试验研究及荧光PCR菌群结构分析。结果表明,酸度对细菌的活性影响显著,初始酸度值控制在5~10 g/L为适;高酸环境对纯细菌培养和矿物的生物氧化均有不利影响;BIOX生物氧化过程,一段反应器中酸度pH值应控制在1.0~1.3为适,随着氧化过程的进行,二段反应器中细菌对酸的耐受性会增强,酸度由10 g/L升高至35 g/L。荧光PCR分析结果表明,与控酸体系比较,不控酸的体系中菌群结构发生明显变化,Sulfobacillus和Ferroplasma的菌量减少了1~3数量级。因此,酸度对细菌活性影响的研究,对今后生物预氧化工业生产和控制运行成本具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:In order to clarify the impact of acidity on biological oxidation and the impact of the threshold. In this paper, the bacterial culture conditions of bacterial culture, biological oxidation acidity condition test, BIOX biological oxidation test and fluorescence PCR flora structure analysis. The results showed that the acidity had a significant effect on the activity of bacteria, and the initial acidity was controlled at 5 ~ 10 g / L. The high acid environment had adverse effects on pure bacterial culture and mineral oxidation. BIOX biooxidation process, The pH value of the acidity should be controlled at 1.0 ~ 1.3. With the oxidation process, the resistance of the bacteria to the acid in the second stage reactor will increase and the acidity will increase from 10 g / L to 35 g / L. The results of fluorescence PCR showed that the bacterial structure of Sulfobacillus and Ferroplasma decreased by 1 ~ 3, compared with the control acid system. Therefore, the study of the effect of acidity on the activity of bacteria has important guiding significance for the future production and control of the pre-oxidation industry.
