硫化铅锌矿浮选分离研究进展

摘    要:从浮选理论研究出发,简要地介绍了由传统的浮选理论到电位调控理论再到分子力学和量子化学理论的发展历程,从浮选工艺、浮选药剂两个方面详细地介绍硫化铅锌矿选矿分离现状,着重阐述了铅锌优先浮选流程、混合浮选流程、等可浮选流程、分支分速浮选流程、电位调控浮选的适用条件和应用情况。对于浮选药剂而言,主要从组合药剂和新药剂的合成来改善浮选指标。

Abstract:Based on flotation theory research, this paper briefly introduces the traditional theory of flotation to potential regulation theory to the development of molecular mechanics and quantum chemistry theory, detailed introduced from two aspects of flotation, flotation reagents, zinc sulfide mineral separation, emphatically expounds the lead-zinc preferential flotation process, mixed flotation process, flotation process, such as branch differential flotation process, the potential regulation suitable condition and application of flotation of.For flotation reagents, mainly from the combination of reagents and synthesis of new drugs to improve the flotation index.
