摘    要:针对地下矿山采场结构参数设计中常用方法未能将结构面对岩体的稳定性影响充分考虑等问题,以云南省某铁矿实际情况为基础,通过对矿山上盘围岩进行结构面调查和分析,并应用Mathews图解法对急倾斜采场暴露面冒落问题进行研究,计算得出采场巷道不稳定极限跨度为4.37 m,上盘不稳定暴露面积为366 m~2,可以对矿山采场现在出现的一些零星冒落现象做出合理解释。针对采场冒落现象,根据采空区缓冲垫层设计的经验公式,得出冒落垫层厚度为2.7 m的计算结果。研究结果在该矿山实际生产、采场参数优化方面存在一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Methods for underground mining stope structure parameters design always failed to face the problem such as fully considering the influence of rock mass stability. In order to solve the problems in an iron mine in Yunnan province, the investigation and analysis of the structure plane in mining upper plate surrounding rock are made, and the Mathews stability chart is used in steeply inclined stope to study the problems exposed surface caving. The analysis suggests that unstable stope drift limit span of 4.37 m, the plate of unstable exposed area of 366 m2, is able to make a reasonable explanation on the phenomenon that some sporadic falling in mine stope. In view of the stope caving goaf cushion layer according to the design of the empirical formula, obtained at the calculation results of cushion thickness of 2.7 m. The results in the actual production, the mine stope parameter optimization has certain guiding significance.
