摘    要:汽车失效催化剂的破碎、细磨、均匀化,取出代表性的样品并准确分析其中铂族金属的含量是所有研究工作的基础;汽车失效催化剂中铂族金属的赋存状态以及铈锆铝固熔体的包裹是影响铂族金属浸出率的主要因素。详细介绍了低温焙烧、还原、焙烧—还原、微波焙烧、氯化焙烧法、酸化焙烧、碱化焙烧、加压碱浸法等预处理方法,并对各种方法的优缺点进行了比较、分析,希望对从事相关领域研究的人员有所裨益。

Abstract:The crush, grind, homogenization, sampling of spent auto-catalysts and analysis of platinum group metals(PGMs) is the basis of all researches works. The main factor of influence the PGMs leaching recovery is its state and wrapped up by cerium-zirconium-aluminium melting. The various pretreating methods, for example, roast at low temperature, reduction, roast-reduction, roast in microwave, chlorinating roast, roast in sulphuric acid, roast in soda and alkaline pressure leaching, have been reviewed, the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are analyzed and compared, and hope to give helps to all researches of this field.
