悬振锥面选矿机回收细粒锡石试验研究

摘    要:介绍一种新型矿泥选矿设备——悬振锥面选矿机对蒙自矿冶公司选矿厂摇床尾矿细粒锡石的回收。通过现场条件试验,确定了设备的最佳运行参数,并针对二段重选溢流和细泥摇床尾矿进行单机工业试验。试验结果证明,其对细粒锡石有良好的回收效果。

Abstract:A new type of slime concentrator, hanging vibrating cone(HVC) concentrator, is applied to recover fine cassiterite of Mengzi Mining and Metallurgy. Its best parameters were determined by the conditional on site tests. The Stand-alone industrial tests of overflow of secondary gravity concentration and table tailings were performed by HVC concentrator. The results demonstrated that HVC concentrator was favorable to recovering fine cassiterite.
