摘    要:以氯化锌和氢氧化钠为原料 ,采用直接水解一步法制备了针状和球形纳米氧化锌。借助于XRD、TEM等测试手段 ,对纳米氧化锌粉体的制备条件及其对粉体粒度、形貌的影响进行了分析研究。研究结果表明 ,通过控制反应条件 ,可以制得不同形貌且具有纯度高、粒度分布均匀、结晶性能良好、分散性好的纳米氧化锌粉体。此方法较沉淀 -热分解二步法工艺简单 ,节约能耗 ,降低成本等 ;比水热法操作方便 ,设备简单 ,便于工业化大规模生产。

Abstract:Nanometer sized needle like and spherical shaped zinc oxide was prepared by using single step hydrolysis method directly,zinc chloride and sodium hydroxide as raw materials.Different prepared conditions,and microstructure and morphology of nanometer sized zinc oxide were investigated by means of XRD and TEM.The results of this study indicated that higher pure,evenly graded, well crystallized and finely dispersed nanometer sized zinc oxide with different micrograph was available by controlling reaction conditions. Compared with precipitation thermal decomposition method, this method has advantages of simple processing, less energy consumption and lower cost. Compared with hydrothermal method, it is easy to be put into industrial scale production.
