摘 要: | 新疆阿舍勒铜矿矿石性质复杂,矿物嵌布粒度细,矿石中除铜、硫外,尚伴生有锌、金、银、砷,这些元素均主要以独立矿物存在。通过矿石中主要元素的赋存状态及相关系数的研究,查明了Cu、Zn、Au、Ag、As的赋存规律,为矿石的开发利用指出了明确的方向。选矿试验证明,矿石中铜、锌的回收均获得了较理想的指标,由于砷的赋存状态和矿物晶体结构所决定,矿石中的砷在选铜的作业中将会在铜精矿中富集,目前用机械选矿方法仍无法进行铜、砷分离。

Abstract: | The ore from Ashele copper mine in Xinjiang has a complex nature and fine size disseminationThere are accompanied zinc,gold,silver and arsenic existed in the ore as individual mineral but copper and sulfurThrough researching into the occurrence of main elements in the ore and the correlation coefficients,the occurrence law of Cu,Zn,Au,Ag and As is revealed and used for guidance of ore utilizationThe results of mineral processing experiments show that high recoveries of Cu and Zn are obtained Due to inherent occurrence of arsenic and crystal structures of minerals,arsenic in the ore will be enriched in copper concentrate in copper flotation operationAt present,the mechanical mineral processing is still impossible to separation of Cu from As |
