摘    要:云南磨憨砂岩铜矿含铜0. 77%,其中以氧化铜形式存在的铜金属率达45. 45%。孔雀石为主要铜矿物和目的矿物,具有氧化不充分,与褐铁矿伴生的特点,为难选矿石。浮选试验结果表明,以3 000 g/t石灰作调整剂和抑制剂、1 000 g/t硫化钠作活化剂、90 g/t丁基黄药作捕收剂、35 g/t松醇油作为起泡剂,在磨矿细度-74μm占比85%的条件下,经过"三次粗选—二次精选—一次扫选"流程,可实现铜品位18. 006%,铜回收率80. 01%的浮选指标。

Abstract:A sandstone copper deposit in Mo Han, Yunnan contains 0.77% copper, in which oxide copper accounts for 45.45% of the metal rate. The main copper mineral is malachite. Due to its insufficient oxidation and highly mixed with limonite blending, the ore is relatively refractory.The flotation experiment results show that: 3000g/t lime as regulator and depressor, 1000g/t Na2S as activator, 90g/t butyl xanthate as collector, 35g/t pine oil as frother, under the grinding fineness of -0.074mm accounted for 85%, after 3 roughing-2 selecting- 1 roughing, we had a result of 18.006% grade and 80.01% recovery.
