阿朵卡尾矿库稳定性分析及安全监测

摘    要:尾矿库存在着溃坝、滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等危险隐患。主要对板田钒钛磁铁矿采选项目配套阿朵卡尾矿库工程安全稳定性进行分析与评价,对尾矿库设置安全在线监测系统,为阿朵卡尾矿库的安全与生产提供必要的理论依据。结果得出,尾矿库局部水力坡降(入渗点)超过允许坡降,但位于封闭环境中,加上初期坝及堆积坝的排渗措施,可有效降低浸润线;出渗点位于初期坝底部堆石体中,不会产生管涌等现象;通过使用简化毕肖普法等三种方法算出阿朵卡尾矿库的安全稳定系数处于安全的状态,其稳定性可较好满足安全生产的条件;在稳定状态良好的情况下对阿朵卡尾矿库进行安全监测。

Abstract:Tailings dam is one of the necessary infrastructure for mine production, and there are some dangerous hidden dangers, such as dam break, landslide, collapse and debris flow. The main card tailings project safety stability analysis of mining projects supporting A Duo on board field vanadium titanium magnetite, calculation and analysis of seepage, and the on-line monitoring system of tailings dam safety, provide the necessary theoretical basis for the safety and production of A Duo tailing card. The results show that the engineering situation, seepage parameters and stability section of A Duo card tailings dam can meet the minimum safety factor of mine and mine, and the stability of A Duo tailing dam is better, which can meet the requirements of safe production. Establish tailings dam safety monitoring, safety analysis and evaluation, ensure the safety of tailings reservoir.
