摘    要:湿法炼铜已取得了令人瞩目的进展。采用低浓度氨堆浸的方式处理高碱性脉石低品位氧化铜矿是可行的 ,由于解决了氨的挥发问题 ,使它在保持堆浸工艺优点的同时 ,在经济上和工程的实现难易程度上也较之于原矿的搅拌浸出有较大的优势。本文结合北京矿冶研究总院承担的“九五”攻关项目“新疆大矿量砂岩型氧化铜矿的开发利用研究” ,重点介绍了新开发的低浓度氨堆浸 -萃取 -电积工艺中的浸出工艺研究 ,小型试验和 2 0 0kg级的柱浸模拟堆浸扩大试验均取得很好的浸出效果。

Abstract:Hydrometallurgy of copper has been developed rapidly recently.It is feasible to treat Low grade copper oxide ore with high alkality gangues by the heap leaching technology using low concentration ammonia.Because the problem of ammonia volatilization has been solved perfectly,this technology retaining the advantages of heap leaching process has a greater advantage over agitation leaching of crude ore in economics and engineering.In the light of key project in the Ninth Five Year Plan,Exploitation of Low grade Copper Oxide Ore with High alkality Gangues in Xinjiang,the technology of heap leaching with low concentration ammonia solvent extraction electrowinning,especially the leaching technology,is introduced in this paper.Good leaching results have been obtained in small scale and 200kg level pilot tests.
