氧化锌矿浮选研究现状评述

氧化锌矿石浮选的研究对于氧化锌矿资源的开发和利用具有重要意义。目前 ,国内外氧化锌矿的浮选方法分为硫化 -胺浮选法、硫化 -黄药浮选法、脂肪酸直接浮选法、高碳长链SH基捕收剂浮选法及其它浮选法等 ,本文叙述了这些方法的国内外研究现状及它们的优、缺点 ;并指出 ,常规硫化 -浮选方法是氧化锌矿石工业生产上的最常用浮选方法 ,微细粒氧化锌矿的高效回收是合理利用氧化锌矿的技术关键之一。

REVIEW ON PRESENT SITUATION OF THE FLOTATION OF OXDIZED ZINC ORE

Research into the flotation of oxidized zinc ore plays an important role in the exploitation of oxidized zinc ore resource At present, the flotation methods of oxidized zinc ore are classified as follows: the sulfidization amine collector flotation, the sulfidization xanthate flotation, the fatty acid flotation, the sulphydral collector flotation and other flotations In this paper, the present situation of research into these methods both at home and abroad and their advantages and shotcomings are reviewed It is pointed out that the conventional sulfidization flotation is still one of the most useful methods for industrial scale treatment of oxidized zinc ore and the high efficient collection of ultrafine oxidized zinc ore is one of the key technologies for rational utilization of oxidized zinc ore
