摘 要: | 采用石灰-硫酸亚铁两段净化工艺,对以硫铁矿为原料的硫酸厂含砷废水进行处理研究。介绍了pH值、Fe/As比以及充气量等条件对砷的去除率的影响。结果表明:控制一段pH=10 5、Fe/As=1∶1,二段pH=8 5、Fe/As=10∶1,充气20min,沉淀1h,处理后外排废水中砷浓度小于0 5mg/L,达到国家排放标准。该方法处理费用低、工艺简单可行、操作方便,已在工业生产中应用。

Abstract: | The lime ferrate process with two stage purification was used for treating high arsenic wastewater from sulfuric acid plant taken iron sulfide ore as raw materialThe impact of such factors as pH,Fe/As ratio and aerating amount on the arsenic removal rate were studiedThe results of tests show that under the conditions of pH=105 and Fe/As=1∶1 for first stage,pH=85 and Fe/As=10∶1 for second stage,the aeration time of 20minutes and precipitation for one hour,the treated wastewater with an arsenic content of less than 05mg/L comes up to the national discharge standardThis process is simple in technology,easy in operation and low in cost and has been used in full scale production |
