| 摘 要： | 近十年来,快速装车站的引进和吸收,打破了国外的企业对市场的垄断,极大的降低了成本,定量装车站经历了快速的发展和推广。市场上使用的装车站外形基本都是火柴盒式的构造,限制了装车站往更深更广的范围发展。为了满足客户多种需求,论文基于PKPM分析,研究了郭家河汽车快速定量装车站的受力特性,该异形装车站的设计和成功应用,实现了国内首套4道汽车自动装车,取得了较好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Rapid quantitative loading station has undergone rapid development,and the promotion, on the market use loading station appearance are basically Matchbox type structure, limit the loading station to the deeper and broader scope of development, this paper based on the PKPM analysis to study the specific loading station stress characteristic, put forward the design thought, and put it into practice. |
