深井软岩巷道内锚外架支护技术体系研究及在实践中的应用

摘    要: 摘要:针对刘庄煤矿西区等候硐室复杂的围岩条件,对深井软岩巷道围岩塑性区半径进行了计算,并对巷道围岩的松动圈进行了测试,提出了内锚外架中间注混凝土支护技术体系。使用内锚外架中间注混凝土支护技术体系,可使巷道围岩形成有机的整体,明显改善了支护体系与巷道围岩的关系,可使支护体系有效、均匀承载。内锚外架中间注混凝土支护技术体系在工程实践中也得到了较好的应用,有效地防止了深部极软岩巷道的围岩变形,解决了刘庄煤矿西区等候硐室围岩的稳定性问题,取得了良好的技术经济效果。

Abstract:Abstract: For the complex surrounding rock conditions Of the Mine Western District Liuzhuang waiting chamber,the radius of plastic zone in deep soft rock tunnel were calculated and the surrounding rock loose circle were tested,and also noted concrete support system in the middle of the outer frame of the anchor.Using internal anchor outside middle concrete support system,enable the surrounding rock to form an organic whole, significantly improved the relationship of the supporting system and the surrounding rock, enable the support system is effective and uniform bearing.The anchor outside the frame intermediate concrete support technology system has also been a good application in engineering practice,prevents the surrounding rock deformation of deep soft rock roadway effectively,Solved Mine Western District Liuzhuang waiting for the chamber surrounding rock stability problems, and achieved good economic results.
