| 摘 要： | 效绩管理是企业一种有效的管理办法。通过分析峰峰矿业集团企业背景,以及其对绩效管理进行的有益探索,提出了绩效管理的运作模式,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。同时具体提出了新时期国有煤炭企业实行绩效管理的思考。
