细煤粉燃烧特性的热分析研究

摘    要: 采用热天平研究了细化鹤岗煤样的燃烧特性,分析了粒度、升温速率和氧气浓度对细化煤粉燃烧特性的影响。结果表明:在氧气充足,较慢的升温速率,粒度低于60μm的条件下,小粒度煤粉的燃尽性能优于大粒度煤粉,并且粒度的增加可使细煤粉的综合燃烧特性变差;升温速率的提高可使细煤粉的最大失重速率增大,最大失重速率对应的温度升高,有利于改善细煤粉的燃尽性能和综合燃烧特性;氧气浓度低于20%时,氧气浓度的增大可以改善细煤粉的燃尽特性和综合燃烧特性。

Abstract:The combustion characteristics of Hegang coal samples was investigated in non-isothermal condition by thermal analysis. The influence of particle size,heating rate and oxygen volume percentage on the combustion characteristics of pulverized coal has been discussed. The results show that burnout efficiency of smoll particle size was better than big particle size pulverized coal under the environment of 20% volume percentage oxygen, heating rate 20℃/min and particle size less than 60 μm, and the comprehensive behavior of combustion weakens with the increase of the particle size. The maximum weight loss rate and temperature of maximum weight loss rate increase with the heating rate rising. Burnout characteristics can be improved, while the heating rate increases. The burnout efficiency and comprehensive behavior of combustion of coal sample increase with the increasing of oxygen volume percentage(less than 20%).
