基于OPC技术的电厂煤流控制系统

摘    要:针对煤矿部分设备需要人员到现场进行监视和控制的缺点,提出了采用PLC、工业电视结合组态软件(iFIX)进行监测监控的方案。重点阐述如何采用基于工业互操作标准—OPC(OLE for Process Control)技术,实现了现场设备与iFIX的通讯。运行结果表明,利用OPC技术,提高了系统的稳定性、实时性、可靠性。

Abstract:Base on the some equipment required personnel to monitor and control at the site,the paper provided a monitoring and control alternative with the PLC,industrial television and configuration software.The paper stated how to use industrial operation standard-OPC(OLE for process control) Technology to on time transmit data from OPC server to the configuration software om time data bank.The operation results showed that the application of the OPC technology could improve the stability,on time and reliability of the system.
