大倾角极复杂煤层采煤方法研究

 黄兰矿区属典型的急倾斜“鸡窝状”极复杂煤层，煤层在走向和倾向上均变化很大，在厚度和倾角上也变化很大，赋存极不稳定。煤层一般在走向或倾向方向上30m内就会有变化，厚度由可采到不可采甚至尖灭状况，角度变化甚至出现倒转现象，而且相对稳定的主采煤层也很难有在100m内不发生变化的情况。本文针对此复杂条件下，提出“先探后采，采探结合”的开采理念，通过优化巷道布置及通风路线优化设计，开发出三种适于这类大倾角极不稳定“鸡窝状”煤层的开采方法，解决了此条件下大倾角煤层的安全开采问题，为具有南方特色的煤矿开辟了新路子。

Study on Coal Mining Method in Steep Inclined and Complicated Seam

Coal seams in Huanglan Mining Area are the typical steep inclined and complicated "henroost" like seams.The seams in strike and inclination both have high variation,there are high variations in the thickness and inclination of the seams and the deposits of the seams are ultra unstable.There would be a variation within 30 m of the seam in strike and inclination generally.The thickness of the seam would be varied from mineable to un-mineable,even to no coal.The inclination variation even would have a reversed phenomenon.The relative stable main mining seam would be hard to have no variation in thickness within 100 m.According to the complicated condition,a mining conception with a combination of "Exploration First and Mining Second and Mining and Exploration Combined"was provided.With the optimized mine gateway layout and the optimized design of the mine ventilation routing,three mining methods suitable to mine those high inclined and ultra unstable "henroost" like seam were developed,could solve the safety mining issue of the high inclined seam and could open a new access to the coal mines with South China features.
