摘    要: 摘要:通过对两柱与四柱综放架型的受力分析,分别给出了两种架型支护条件下支护效率较好时合力作用点的范围,同时分析了合力作用点距工作面距离对两种架型下顶板破断规律的影响。分析认为:两柱综放支架较四柱支架而言,外载荷合力作用点范围较小,且距离工作面较近;顶板合力作用点距离工作面越远,造成顶板断裂步距越大;在相同地质条件下四柱综放支架较两柱综放支架支护时会使得顶板来压强度更大,因此在煤层条件适宜的情况下选用两柱式放顶煤支架更具有优势。研究结果对于现场顶板支护及支架的选型具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:With the site measurement and theoretical calculation,the comparison analysis was provided on the leg stressed and the action points of resultant forces for the two legs shield caving support and the four legs shield caving support individually.The analysis held during the supporting operation of the two legs shield caving supports,the stress distribution of the right leg and the left leg would be equilibrium,the support performances of the support could be effectively played and the support efficiency would be high.The distribution scope of the out load resultant force of the shield support would be more concentrated,the distance would be more closed to the coal miming face wall and could be favorable to the stability of the top coal at the front of the coal mining face and could reduce the spalling and roof falling phenomenon of the coal mining face.When the seam condition was suitable,the two legs type shield caving powered support selected would have more advantages.The study results would have certain guidance to the selection of the site roof support and the powered support.
