摘    要: 选择科学、合理、有效的预警指标并构建完整的预警指标体系是进行事故预警的前提和基础。文章以安全系统理论为指导,以煤与瓦斯突出危险性孕育、发生、发展的时间维度为切入点,提出建立包括煤与瓦斯突出危险性形成的自然历史因素、现实影响因素、实时影响因素的预警指标体系的方法。在此基础上,结合预警逻辑工作过程,就煤与瓦斯突出危险性预警指标体系构成以及采用计算机系统实现动态预警指标体系构建进行了探讨。实践证明,该方法提高了预警指标系统的通用性、现场应用的灵活性以及煤与瓦斯突出预警的准确性。

Abstract:Base on the safety system theory as the guide and the inoculation,occurrence and development time dimension of the coal and gas outburst danger as the breakthrough point,the paper provided a method to establish a early warning index system,including the natural historical factors,real influence factors and real time influence factors formed by the coal and gas outburst dangers.Base on the above,in combination with the early warning logic work process,a discussion was conducted on the compositions of the coal and gas outburst danger early warning index system and the establishment of the dynamic early warning index system with computer.The practices showed that the method could improve the universality and site application flexibility of the early warning index system and the accuracy of the coal and gas outburst early warning.
