摘    要:对内蒙额吉褐煤,采用热压脱水方法,考察了温度、压力、保压时间对褐煤脱水提质的影响,以及工艺过程对硫分的脱除效果,实验结果表明:在160℃、7MPa和保压时间30s的条件下,褐煤水分可降至12.5%以下,水分脱除率达60%以上;在实验条件下,全硫脱除率达45%以上。

Abstract:The thermal pressurized dehydration method was applied to investigate the temperature,pressure and pressure keeping time affected to the dehydration upgrading of the lignite from Eji,Inner Mongolia and investigate the desulphurization results during the technique process.The experiment results showed that under the conditions of 160 OC,7 MPa and pressure keeping time of 30 seconds,the water content of the lignite could be reduced below 12 % and the dehydration rate of the water content could be reached over...
