液压支架内加载试验力分析及直接测力装置研究

摘    要:液压支架进行内加载试验时,通过在液压支架立柱下腔施加一定压力的工作介质使立柱支撑力达到特定系数的工作阻力,并将该力作为液压支架的试验力。但由于液压支架立柱安装存在一定的角度,且液压支架顶梁与试验台之间存在摩擦力,上述试验力实为液压支架立柱支撑力的分力,因液压支架立柱角度无法精确测量,计算出的试验力与实际值存在较大误差。为解决这一问题,文章通过对二柱掩护式液压支架内加载试验工况进行受力分析,得出试验力与立柱支撑力之间的差值,再设计一套试验力直接测试装置,经过对不同工作阻力液压支架试验力的测试,得出实际试验力应高出目前加载力8%~18%的结论,并解决了液压支架试验力无法准确测试的技术难题。

Analysis of internal loading test force of hydraulic support and research on direct test force measuring device
Abstract:When the hydraulic support is subjected to an internal loading test, a certain pressure working medium is applied to the lower cavity of the hydraulic support legs to make the leg support force reach a specific coefficient of working resistance, and this force is used as the test force of the hydraulic support. However, due to the installation angle of the hydraulic support legs, and the friction between hydraulic support canopy and test bed, the test force is actually a component of the support force of the hydraulic support legs, there is a large error between the test force and the actual value. In order to solve this problem, this paper analyzes the internal loading test working condition of 2-leg shield hydraulic support, and the difference between the test force and the legs support force is obtained, then it designs a direct force measuring device, after testing the test force of hydraulic support with different working resistance, it is concluded that the actual test force should be 8% ~ 18% higher than the current loading force, and the technical problem that the test force of hydraulic support cannot be accurately measured is solved.
