摘    要:以无烟煤做原料,经2种不同的前期处理和相同的石墨化条件加工,获得了2种样品。用X射线衍射法分析发现1种样品是纯的多晶石墨,它们的微晶结构参数La值平均为29.0nm、Lc值平均为23.1nm,Dx平均为2.253g/cm3,石墨化度平均为88.5%;另外1种样品是纯的单晶石墨,它们的微晶结构参数La估计在1μm以上,Lc值平均为17.3nm,Dx值接近于石墨的理论密度,石墨化度平均为91.0%。初步掌握了用无烟煤分别合成多晶石墨和单晶石墨的方法。

Abstract:Base on anthracite coal as the raw material,there were two samples obtained after two different initial treatments and the same graphitization condition processing.With the X-ray diffraction method analysis,one sample was found as a pure multi crystal graphite.The crystal structure parameter La value of the graphite was 29.0 nm in average,the Le value was 23.1 nm in average,Dx value was 2.253g/cm3 and the graphitization degree was 88.5 % in average.The other sample was pure single crystal graphite.The crystal structure parameter La value of the graphite was over 1 um,the Le value was 17.3 nm in average,the Dx value was closed to the theoretical density of the graphite and the he graphitization degree was 91.0% in average.The methods to compose multi crystal graphite and single crystal graphite with anthracite coal were preliminarily developed.
