| 摘 要： | 本文在深入研究许多企业EAM系统实施失败原因的基础上，结合煤炭企业的特点，从目标设定、关键因素把握和关键流程遵循三个方面系统分析了煤炭企业成功实施EAM系统的必要条件。以便为煤炭企业顺利实施EAM系统提供理论及技术参考、为EAM系统实施的深入研究提供思路。

| Abstract: | Based on thorough study why EAM system in many enterprises can't successful implementation,combining the characteristics of the coal enterprises, from three aspects (goal setting, key factors grasp and critical process follow) to analyze the necessary conditions of successful implementation of the EAM system in the coal enterprise. |
