摘    要: 【摘要】通过对ZDY650型钻机的碟簧式液压卡盘的分析,设计出一种采用圆柱螺旋弹簧代替碟形弹簧的新型液压卡盘。通过对比分析选取矩形截面弹簧作为新型卡盘弹簧,并利用ANSYS有限元软件对矩形截面弹簧进行应力分析,满足了设计要求。采用该结构大大提高了卡盘的夹紧可靠性,满足了钻机的使用要求,取得了较好的效果。

Ultra hard roof treatment technology for Yilahu Mine of Xinjiang Tuokesun Yutian Coal Mining Corporation
Abstract:Abstract: Fold structures are often seen in the geological disasters construction of coal mine。 And we know that the fold is formed by the horizontal stress squeezing the rock strata ,.And in high-stress state there are a large number of elastic energy within the folds, so when we mined the fold, the original stress state of the fold is the destructed, which will inevitably lead to the occurrence of microseisms.And the rockburst and microseisms are always hand in hand. As a regional, real-time, dynamic monitoring tool, Micro-seismic monitoring technology for the prediction of rock burst and other geological disasters, disaster prevention and mitigation are entirely feasible. In this paper, combined with spectral waveform and the mechanical analysis to the fold,we study the activity patterns of the microseism which used the data monitored by the mine microseismic system when mining the fold.
