摘    要:文章介绍了电厂粉煤灰加碱煅烧熔融后,在一定条件下水热法合成4A型沸石分子筛;同时加入导向剂,通过改变导向剂的老化时间和加入量探索对合成4A沸石的影响。实验研究表明,粉煤灰加碱煅烧熔融后,在水热合成沸石时加入一定量导向剂,缩短了沸石的晶化时间,很好地改善了产品的粒度分布和团聚程度,提高了产品纯度,降低了产品结晶粒度,合成出高纯度的4A沸石。

Abstract:This paper introduces waste fly ash from coal-fired power plant melted to synthesize zeolite 4A under certain conditions.The influence of the aging time of guiding agent and the dosage on synthetic zeolite was investigated.This research indicated that coal fly ash melted with alkali to synthesize zeolite 4A under the condition of a certain amount of guiding agent in solution,it can shorten crystallization time,improve the granularity distributing,product purity and reunite degree of product,reducing product crystal size,at last zeolite 4A of high purity is synthesized.
