电子签章技术在煤矿信息管理中的应用

摘    要: 研究利用电子签章技术解决煤矿信息管理中的安全问题,以煤矿隐患信息管理系统为例,综合利用硬件加密设备(USB Key)、COM组件(ActiveX插件)等技术设计出了一套保障煤矿信息安全的应用方案,突破传统电子签章应用的局限,针对性地自主开发出了数字安全认证方法,解决了在隐患信息流转中可能出现的数据安全问题。实际应用表明,本系统提高了煤矿信息化管理安全性与效率。

Application of an electronic signature technology in coal mine information management
Abstract:Research and use electronic signature technology to solve the coal mine information management of security problems, use mine hidden information management system as an example, based on the hardware encryption devices (USB Key specific), COM components (ActiveX plugin) technology, network technology, database technology designed a security information security solutions, the breakthrough tradition of the electronic signature, pointed independently developed digital security authentication methods, to avoid the expensive third-party intervention, good embodies the economy, and solved in the hidden trouble acquisition, review and rectification, reexamination links such as flow of possible data tampering or over-rides operation, the disclosure of confidential, identity fraud and resisted the operation safety problems. Etc. Practical application shows that the system is running effect is good, enhance the coal mine safety and efficiency of information management.
