齿轮氮化硬度低原因分析

摘    要:文章针对实际生产中遇到齿轮氮化硬度低的问题,采用原因排除的方法,对工件以及设备进行了一系列的检测与分析,找到问题原因,即热电偶反馈温度远低于炉内温度,实际氮化温度与仪表记录不符。同时,制定相应的补救措施,避免问题的再此发生。

Abstract:According to the low nitrogenation hardness problem of the gear in the actual production,the cause excluding method was applied to inspect and detect the workpieces and the equipment.The problem and cause were found that the feedback temperature of the thermal couple was lower than the inner temperature of the stove and the actual nitrogenation temperature could not be fitted with the recorders of the instrument.Meanwhile the related remedial measures were set up to eliminate the problems occurred again.
