煤矿立井钻井法过松散含水砂层预加固技术研究

摘    要:为了使煤矿立井钻井法凿井能顺利通过松散含水砂层,结合可可盖煤矿中央风井区松散含水砂层的地质特征,提出了对立井井筒采取桩基帷幕预加固处理的技术方案。通过混凝土咬合桩和MJS旋喷桩两种桩基帷幕加固方案的实施性对比,确定了MJS旋喷桩在松散含水砂层地质条件下能顺利实施,并通过建立有限元模型和理论计算,确定了MJS旋喷帷幕桩的合理施工参数。结果表明,MJS旋喷帷幕桩在立井井筒松散层周围形成了强度合格的帷幕加固体,实际施工中确保了煤矿立井钻井法凿井能顺利通过松散含水砂层,其施工工艺可为类似条件下煤矿立井井筒施工提供参考。

Study on pre reinforcement technology of loose water bearing sand layer by vertical shaft drilling in coal mine
Abstract:In order to make the shaft sinking of coal mine with vertical shaft drilling method pass through the loose water bearing sand layer smoothly, combined with the geological characteristics of the loose water bearing sand layer in the central air shaft area of hokegai coal mine, a technical scheme of pile foundation curtain pre reinforcement treatment for the shaft is put forward. Through the implementation comparison of two pile foundation curtain reinforcement schemes of concrete bite pile and MJS jet grouting pile, it is determined that MJS jet grouting pile can be implemented smoothly under the geological conditions of loose water bearing sand layer. Through the establishment of finite element model and theoretical calculation, the reasonable construction parameters of MJS jet grouting curtain pile are determined. The results show that MJS rotary jet grouting curtain pile forms a curtain plus solid with qualified strength around the loose layer of the shaft. In the actual construction, it ensures that the shaft sinking of the coal mine shaft can smoothly pass through the loose water bearing sand layer. Its construction technology can provide a reference for the shaft construction of the coal mine shaft under similar conditions.
