摘    要: 新郑精煤公司采用水力旋流器对原生煤泥进行分级。生产中发现水力旋流器底流中细颗粒煤泥含量大,严重影响后续粗煤泥分选环节的分选效果,增大了粗煤泥产品的脱水难度。新郑精煤公司通过技术改造,采用三产品旋流分级筛替换水力旋流器,成功的解决了这一问题,提高了产品质量。

The analysis and reformation of coal slime classification of Xin Zheng Clean coal Company
Abstract:Xin Zheng Clean coal Company use hydro-cyclone to classify primary coal slime. However, the content of fine particles in underflow of hydro-cyclone is too high, leaving a poor influence on the following coarse slime seperation link and increasing the dehydration difficulty of coarse slime. Through technical reformation, Xin Zheng Clean coal Company solves the problem successfully by using three-product classifying cyclones to replace hydro-cyclone, improving the product quality.
