| 摘 要： | 通过分析粉煤灰的矿物组成、化学成分和P型沸石的合成机理,设计了粉煤灰水热法制备P型沸石的工艺流程,并重点介绍了粉煤灰合成时的n(SiO2)/n(A l2O3)、n(Na2O)/n(SiO2)、n(H2O)/n(Na2O)、晶化温度和时间以及晶种添加等方面的原理及工艺参数选择,为粉煤灰合成高品质的P型沸石提供借鉴。 |

| Abstract: | With the analysis on the mineral composition and chemical contents of the fly ash,and the synthetic mechanism of P type zeolite,a technical process of P type zeolite preparation with fly ash hydrothermal method was designed.The paper introduced the crystallization temperatures and time of the n(SiO2)/n(A12O3),n(Na2O)/n(SiO2),n(H2O)/n(Na2O) during the fly ash synthesis,crystal added,the principle and technical parameters,which could provide the references to the high quality P type zeolite with fly ash synthesis. |
