高灰难浮煤泥二次浮选试验研究

摘    要:为解决精煤泥两次浮选、双段脱水回收流程处理高灰难浮煤泥二次浮选精煤灰分偏高,重介精煤"背灰"严重的难题,文章提出采用旋流微泡浮选柱作为二次浮选分选设备并进行相关试验研究。试验结果表明:浮选柱能解决重介精煤"背灰"难题,相比于传统浮选机,在精煤产率相当时,浮选柱分选精煤灰分降低3.44%,尾煤灰分提高1.67%,浮选完善指标提高6.54%;在精煤灰分相当时,精煤产率提高10.27%,尾煤灰分提高6.91%,浮选完善指标提高5.14%。

Experimental Study on Improvement of the Second Stage Floatation Effect of High Ash Refractory Coal Slime with Cyclone Micro Bubble Flotation Column
Abstract:The ash of the second stage floatation clean coal is usually higher than requirement when treating high ash refractory coal slime with coal slime two-stage floatation, two-stage dewatering process, thus lump coal has to be separate at low ash level to meet the total ash requirement. To solve this problem, the author put forward the idea to use cyclone micro bubble flotation column as the second stage equipment and conduct relevance experiments. The result demonstrates that qualified clean coal can be obtained .Moreover, when compared with conventional floatation cells, clean coal ash was 3.44% lower while the tail ash and flotation perfect index was higher (1.67% and 6.54% respectively) at similar clean coal productivity, clean coal productivity is 10.27% higher, tail ash 6.91% and flotation perfect index 5.14% higher at the same clean coal ash level.
