急倾斜俯伪斜长壁综采机械化研究

摘    要:急倾斜煤层开采条件恶劣,国内外没有长壁综采成功的先例,通过采用俯伪斜综合机械化开采工艺,减小了工作面实际倾角,克服了传统采煤方式落煤飞矸窜入液压支架伤人的现象,采煤机、刮板输送机、液压支架配套中,建立稳定一致的梁端距以及通畅的行人通道是基本的要求,为此创新研发了菱形液压支架,导向输送机为采煤机提供割煤过程依托,论述了菱形液压支架及其与特型采煤机、输送机的配套关键问题,液压支架的调整能力是保证采煤推进过程中设备不下滑的基础。通过工程实际应用,急倾斜俯伪斜长壁综合机械化开采效果显著,是急倾斜煤层开采方式的重大突破,设备之间协调运转,顶底板维护良好,对复杂难采煤层综采技术具有重大的推动意义。

Study on Full Mechanized Longwall Coal Mining Equipments in bow pseudo-inclined Mining face of steeply inclined coal seam
Abstract:This paper concentrates mostly on the development status of the fully mechanized longwall coal mining technology in bow pseudo-inclined mining face of steeply inclined coal seam,and introduced the characteristics of full mechanized mining equipments in bow pseudo-inclined Mining face of steeply inclined coal seam,which are totally different from the fully mechanized automatic technology in long wall coal mining face of some forward direction coal seam.This mining way emphasized on the abatement mining face actual angle,the avoidance of the traditional mining coal gangue flying into the hydraulic power support wounding phenomenon.Establishment of steady spacing between the beam end and shearer drum and the patency of the pedestrian is the basic requirement.Adjustment of hydraulic power support is to guarantee promoting the working process of mining equipments.Practical engineering application of bow pseudo-inclined Mining face of steeply inclined coal seam proves this Comprehensive mechanical mining technique to be reliable and effective.
