摘    要:针对黑岱沟露天煤矿抛掷爆破—拉斗铲剥离工艺及生产能力高位运行的现状,为了解决现条件下9号煤无法采出的问题,提出了单铲逐层倒堆和追踪式变采宽开采两种可行方案,并分析了两种开采方案对生产能力的影响。结果表明:单铲逐层倒堆使设备效率降低,生产能力最高能达到24.46Mt/a;追踪式变采宽方案能达到的生产能力为28Mt/a左右,且当6号煤端帮到界后在端帮处舍弃长度为160m的9号煤时生产能力可达到30Mt/a的生产要求。

Optimization study of mining scheme with multiple coal seams using cast stripping technology based on the output targets
Abstract:Based on the essential features of dragline casting technology in HeiDaiGou open-pit coal mine and the status of high production effects on the extraction of 9th coal seam, the rehandling stripping by the single dragline was analyzed and the tracking mining scheme with variable width was proposed. The influences of both the mining approach on the production capacity were discussed, the former decrease the equipment efficiency and the production capacity decline to 24.46Mt/a, and the latter can achieve the capacity to 28Mt/a. In order to reach the capacity of 30Mt/a, the working length of the 9th coal seam should reduce 160m when the working line of 6th coal seam arriving at the end-slope.
