煤自燃极限参数的实验研究

摘    要:煤自燃极限参数的确定是煤层自燃预测技术的基础。利用”XK-Ⅲ型”大型煤低温自然发火实验台真实模拟了某矿煤的自燃过程,对煤样自燃特性参数进行了测算,结合现场实际条件,可推算出下限氧浓度、上限漏风强度和最小浮煤厚度等极限参数,为该矿煤自燃预测及防治提供了重要的依据。

Abstract:The determination of limit parameters of coal spontaneous combustion is the foundation of prediction technology of coal-seam spontaneous combustion. The whole process of spontaneous combustion of coal samples taken from a mine was simulated with XK -Ⅲ large low -temperature test stand of spontaneous combustion, the characteristic parameters of spontaneous combustion of coal sample were measured, based on such measurement and according to the on-the-spot conditions, the limit parameters such as the lower-limit oxygen concentration, the upper-limit air-leakage intensity and the least thickness of float coal, thus providing important basis for the mine to predict and prevent coal spontaneous combustion.
