井下型自然发火预测预报监测系统的开发

摘    要:通过对采用气体分析方法进行自然发火预测预报的需求分析,在对原有地面型和井下型火灾束管监测系统的优缺点和适用性进行比较和存在缺陷进行改进的基础上,开发出JSG-8型井下火灾束管系统,该系统自动化程度高,具备完善的专家系统分析管理功能,使用维护方便,能够满足大、中、小型矿井进行井下自然发火预测预报监测的需要。

Abstract:Through the demand analysis on spontaneous combustion prediction with gas analysis method and on the basis of the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages and the applicability of the original surface and underground bundle tube fire monitoring systems as well as the improvement of them, Model JSG-8 underground bundle tube fire monitoring system was developed, this system has high automatic degree and perfect analysis and management function by expert system, is easy to operate and maintain, and can meet the demand of underground spontaneous combustion prediction of large, medium and small coal mines.
