综合防降尘技术在“三软”厚煤层综放工作面的应用研究

摘    要:在分析"三软"厚煤层综放工作面产尘特性的基础上,针对郑煤集团某矿井12202综放工作面的粉尘现状,应用煤层注水、高压喷雾以及挡尘网等措施相结合的综合防降尘技术对生产过程中产生的粉尘进行了治理。通过对治理效果的考察发现,综合降尘效率达到85%以上,可为"三软"厚煤层采煤工作面的粉尘治理提供一定的参考。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of dust-producing characteristics in fully-mechanized caving face in three-soft thick coal seam and to counter the dust control situation in 12202 working face in a mine of Zhengzhou Coal Industry(Group) Co.,Ltd.the complex dust control measures including water infusion in coal seam,high-pressure spray and dust-blocking net were used to control the dust produced in the process of coal mining.It was found in the examination of the dust control effect that the comprehensive dust suppression rate reached 85% or more,so this can provide a certain reference for the dust suppression and control of the working face in three-soft seam.
