摘    要:提出一种基于ZigBee技术的煤矿安全监测系统的设计方案,其中包括ZigBee传感器、ZigBee路由器和ZigBee网关。ZigBee传感器以MSP430F249单片机为核心,周围连接了ZigBee通信模块、甲烷传感器、氧气传感器、一氧化碳传感器、温度传感器和声光报警仪等。ZigBee网关也以MSP430F249单片机为核心,连接了ZigBee通信模块和多功能型嵌入式以太网串口数据转换模块,实现了ZigBee协议与以太网协议的转换。该系统提高了现有监控系统的可扩展性、灵活性和稳定性,降低了安装和维护成本,解决了煤矿安全监测盲区的问题。

Design and Implementation of Mine Safety Monitoring System Based on ZigBee Technology
Abstract:In his paper,a design scheme of coal mine safety monitoring system based on ZigBee technology was proposed,including ZigBee sensors,ZigBee routers and ZigBee gateways.The ZigBee sensors took MSP430F249 MCU as the core and connected with ZigBee communication module,the gas sensor,oxygen sensor,carbon monoxide sensor,temperature sensor,the audible and visual alarm,and so on.The ZigBee gateways also took MSP430F249 MCU as the core and connected with ZigBee communication module and multi-functional embedded Ethernet serial data conversion module,which can realize the conversion of ZigBee and Ethernet protocols.This system improved the expandability,flexibility and stability of the existing monitoring systems,decreased their installation and maintenance cost,and solved the problem of blind area in coal mine safety monitoring.
