摘    要:点火源的性质对瓦斯爆炸极限范围有很大影响,同样也影响最终的爆炸压力及压力上升速率。运用自行研制的实验系统,就点火能量对瓦斯爆炸压力及压力上升速率的影响进行了实验。研究结果表明,点火能量强度越高,越容易产生大量的自由基,爆炸反应进行得越快,越容易使瓦斯空气混合气体点爆,瓦斯爆炸的最大爆炸压力及最大压力上升速率也就越高,且与点火能量呈线性关系变化。这些规律为瓦斯爆炸特性的研究以及有效地预防井下瓦斯爆炸事故奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:The nature of the ignition source not only has significant impact to the gas explosion limits,but also to the final explosion pressure and pressure rise rate. Experiments of the influence of ignition energy upon the gas explosion pressure and pressure rise rate were studied. The study results indicated that the higher the intensity of ignition energy,the more easily a large number of free radicals were produced,the faster the explosion response,the easier the mixed air and gas was ignited,the higher the maximum gas explosion pressure and the higher ignition energy,and that the maximum explosion pressure and pressure rise rate were in a varying linear relationship. These laws laid a theoretical basis for the study of gas explosion characteristics and the effective prevention and control of underground gas explosion accidents.
