摘    要:根据多元统计分析方法,对煤矿安全评价中的打分结果进行主成分分析,建立了煤矿安全评价的综合数学函数评价模型,确定了矿井生产的项目指标安全风险值,从而实现煤矿安全程度定量化目标评价。因此降低各项目指标类型之间的信息重叠,建立起随机变量(评价指标变量)与煤矿安全之间的线性关系,简化了采用层次分析对于安全风险层次划分的负担,大大减少煤矿安全评价数据处理的工作量,可为安全生产管理和决策提供技术依据。

Abstract:This paper conducted primary components analysis on the scours in coal mine safety evaluation according to the multiple statistical analysis method, established a comprehensive mathematical function model for coal mine safety evaluation, determined safety risk value of item index for coal mine production, and thus realized quantitative target evaluation of coal mine safety. Therefore, the information overlap between item indexes was reduced, a linear relationship between random variable (the variable of evaluation index) and coal mine safety was set up, the bear of hierarchy division for safety risk with analytical method was simplified, and the data processing work of coal mine safety evaluation was greatly reduced, all of these can provide technical basis for the management and decision-making of safe production.
