摘    要:基于k—ε湍流模型,运用Airpak2.1软件模拟了周源山煤矿一混合式局部通风独头巷道的风流流场、流线、温度场、PMV—PPD、平均空气龄分布,研究结果表明,在大断面巷道面积S=12 m2,抽压风筒口距工作面距离L抽=16 m,L压=8 m,抽压风量比为2∶1的前压后抽混合式通风条件下,风筒布置和抽压风量配比合理,工作面风速0.15≤v≤4.0 m/s,温度t≤26℃;采用热舒适指标PMV—PPD和空气质量指标空气龄对热环境进行数值预测与评价,评价结果与现场调研有较好的一致性。

Abstract:Based on k-ε turbulence model,the distributions of the velocity field,streamline,temperature field,PMV-PPD(Predicted Mean Vote – Predicted Percentage Dissatisfied),mean age of air in a heading face with combined local ventilation in Zhouyuanshan Coal Mine were simulated by using Airpark 2.1 software.The results showed that the air duct layout and the air quantity distribution of the exhaust and forcing ventilation were reasonable,the air velocity was 0.15≤v≤4.0 m/s and the temperature t≤26 ℃ when the large roadway cross section was S=12 m2,the distance of the exhaust-duct and forcing-duct outlet to the heading face was Lexhaust=16 m and Lforcing=8 m respectively,and the air quantity ratio of exhaust ventilation to forcing ventilation with forcing air duct before the exhaust one was 2:1.Numerical prediction and evaluation were conducted on the thermal environment by using the thermal comfort index-PMV-PPD and air quality index-air age.The numerical results and field investigation had a good consistence.
