摘    要:作者认为,粉碎硝酸铵的对辊式破碎机,原结构设计存在某些不合理,轴承密封性差,形成炸药安全生产隐患。针对存在的问题进行研究改进,很好地解决了该设备的生产能力、粉碎细度、安全性能等技术问题,目前已得到推广应用。

Abstract:Original structure of oppositely rolling roller crusher for crushing ammonium nitrate is improper and the seal of its bearing is not satisfied, which is the potential danger for the safety of explosive production. Improvement aiming at these shortcomings can solve some technique problems such as production ability, fine degree of crushing and safety performance etc. At present, the new crusher has been popularized and used.
